First exercise: Walking in place. Take a proper standing position. Tighten the abdominal muscles; pull in your belly button as if you were about to button very tight pants. Walk in place by lifting alternately one heel and the other, keeping the toes on the floor during each movement. Raise your arms with each step (left leg - right arm and right leg - left arm). The duration of the exercise is up to two minutes.
Next exercise: March gently in place while simultaneously raising the opposite hand from the raised knee. The duration of the exercise is up to two minutes.
Next exercise: Lateral lunge. Step out with one leg to the side, shifting your weight to the foot of the supporting leg. Repeat the same on the other side. Move your arms in the direction of the lunge. The duration of the exercise is up to two minutes.
Next exercise: Lateral trunk bending. Stand in a lunge stance with your knees slightly bent with your arms by your sides. Lean slightly to one side, then to the other. Repeat the exercise 10 times on each side.
Next exercise: Circling the shoulders. Make ten circular movements with your shoulders to one side, then to the other side in order to mobilize your shoulder joints.
Next exercise: Stand again in a lunge stance with your knees slightly bent and your arms by your sides. Lean slightly to one side, then to the other. Repeat the exercise 10 times on each side.
