Exercises for the lumbar spine - Stretching exercises

Stretching exercises. Position on the back. Pull one leg towards you with your hands, hold for six seconds. Do the same with the other leg. Repeat the exercise six times.

Next exercise: Position on the back. Pull both legs towards you and lift your head towards your knees, hold for six seconds. Repeat the exercise six times.

Next exercise: Position on the back as in the photo. Pull one leg towards you as much as possible, and then bend it at the knee. Hold for six seconds. Repeat six times with each leg, working alternately with one leg and then the other.

Next exercise: Position on the back. Pull one leg with your hands towards you, stretch the other leg on the bed and lift it as high as you can. Hold for six seconds, then repeat the same with the other leg. Do the exercise alternately with one leg and then the other, repeat six times with each leg.

Next exercise: Take a quadrupedal position, sit on your heels and stretch your body with your arms forward. Hold this position for six seconds and return to the four-legged position. Repeat the exercise six times.
