Back leaning against the wall. Put a soft ball or pillow behind the head. Place both hands on the temple. Push your hands with your head as if you want to tilt your head to that side, and push your head with your hands. You should feel a tightening of the muscles on the side of your neck. Hold for six seconds. Do the same on the other side. Repeat the exercise six times.
Next exercise: Back against the wall. Place both hands on the forehead or under the chin. Push the hands with the head and the head with the hands so that the head does not move, only to feel the tightening of the muscles on the front of the neck. Hold for six seconds and repeat the exercise six times.
Next exercise: Back resting on the wall with a ball behind the head. Push the ball with your head, and the ball with your head so that you feel the tightening of the muscles at the back of the neck. Hold for six seconds, and repeat the exercise six times.
